What a blessing that the Almighty God, the magnificent Creator of the universe, the author of life, would let us put the first person possessive pronoun in front of his name so that we can know him and call on him as Our God. This is nothing other than an expression of his grace. In Jesus Christ, God's Son, we can know and have the King of kings and Lord of lords as Our God.

Belonging to him, ransomed and redeemed by the blood of his Son, we are called to a life of repentance and service, relying on the Lord for forgiveness and for the strength to follow his ways. His call goes out to others through us, so that many more might hear the invitation and join us in calling the Lord...  Our God.

September 20th - Our God is incomprehensibly gracious.
September 27th - Our God wants real repentance and true obedience.
October 4th - Our God patiently seeks fruits of faith.
October 11th - Our God invites unworthy sinners to participate in his blessings.
October 18th - Our God governs through government.
