The Christian Waits
There's a striking similarity between the Lord's people prior to the birth of Jesus and the Lord's people today. Just as they were waiting for the promised Messiah, we also are waiting for Christ to arrive in the sky, to orchestrate and execute the grandest homecoming there has ever been.
Waiting is seldom easy. But patience is a gift God is happy to provide. And the waiting will be worth it, because when he arrives, Jesus will raise our bodies, judge in our favor because his death has cleansed us, and usher us into untold bliss and joy in his presence forever.
Join us for a series of Sundays that will demonstrate that Jesus' arrival is worth the wait.
Oct 25th (Reformation) - The Christian Waits: Steadfast in the faith.
Nov 1 (All Saints) - The Christian Waits: Focused on future glory.
Nov 8 - The Christian Waits: Watchful for the bridegroom.
Nov 15 - The Christian Waits: Faithful for the master.
Nov 22 - The Christian Waits: Hopeful for the coming judgment.
